Job Summary

We're scaling our data capabilities, and we need a strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our Enterprise team and take ownership of designing the data ecosystem that powers our new products and features across the business. This role goes beyond traditional analytics; you will be deeply involved in shaping key initiatives, acting as the bridge between technical design and business strategy. Your mission will be to guarantee data quality, integrity, and AI‑readiness across the organization’s newest ventures.

Responsibilities
  • Architectural Ownership: Design and implement robust data models for new products, ensuring alignment with end‑user needs and analytics best practices.
  • Production Insights: Develop and transform early analytical concepts into core KPIs, metrics, and data views that are production‑ready for reporting and experimentation.
  • Cross‑Functional Delivery: Work daily with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure smooth data integration, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance optimisation.
  • Strategic Visualization: Design, build, and maintain high‑impact dashboards and reporting solutions (using tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau) to guide senior stakeholders toward data‑driven decisions.
  • AI Readiness: Actively support initiatives to prepare our data environment for advanced AI/ML applications.
Qualifications
  • Commensurate years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst or in a similar analytical/data‑product role.
  • Expert SQL (BigQuery preferred): Proven ability to design complex queries and robust data models.
  • Data Literacy: Strong understanding of data warehousing, data governance, and data quality principles.
  • Tools: Proven experience with modern data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Communication: Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and influence stakeholders across teams.
