Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Power BI specialist to design and deliver impactful dashboards for stakeholders in Leeds. You’ll optimize DAX, refine semantic models, and champion best practices in data visualization.

You will analyse data for accuracy, uncover trends, and translate complex insights into clear narratives. Collaboration with teams and ongoing governance will be a core part of the role, leveraging AI and automation to enhance reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience building high-quality, user-focused Power BI reports and dashboards.
• DAX skills and an understanding of semantic model design.
• Experience with Databricks, Workday, or ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Confident interrogating data, challenging assumptions, identifying insights.
• Ensuring conclusions are accurate and meaningful before presenting findings.
• Passionate about creating intuitive, accessible dashboards.
• Translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
