Job summary

Lumina is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform consumer, market and behavioural datasets into actionable intelligence for internal and external clients. You’ll develop analytical solutions, forecasting methodologies and predictive models to enhance Lumina’s data products and consultancy offerings.

You’ll work closely with data and insight teams to explore opportunities within complex datasets, uncover trends and deliver clear recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

As Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming Lumina’s consumer, market and behavioural datasets into actionable commercial intelligence for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Working closely within the data team and collaborating with insight teams and customer success managers, you will develop advanced analytical solutions, forecasting methodologies and predictive models that enhance Lumina’s data products and consultancy offering. By exploring opportunities within complex datasets, you’ll uncover emerging trends and deliver meaningful recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Your impact will be felt through your curiosity and instinct for asking why, helping to build trust in how data is interpreted and bring greater clarity to how people decide, buy and consume across the food and drink landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing advanced analytical solutions that generate actionable insights from Lumina's proprietary datasets

What You’ll Need

• Experience analysing large-scale survey, consumer or behavioural datasets

• Experience using AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance analytics, automation and insight generation (e.g. Copilot, Codex, Claude) (desirable)
