A PE-backed client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their growing data function. They seek a Power BI SME passionate about analytics and insights. The tech stack includes Snowflake, dbt, Python, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end analytics experience and a strong drive to impact business performance through data. You will work cross-functionally across an organization of approximately 1500 employees. Experience in operations is a plus.

They are looking for:

• Highly analytical with a business mindset to enhance performance.
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach and stakeholder influence interest.
• Proficiency in data visualization with Power BI and coding skills in SQL, Python, or normalization techniques.
• Experience with data warehouses or lakes such as Snowflake, Redshift, DataBricks, and ELT/data pipelines like dbt.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics techniques.
