Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a hybrid role in London. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and experience in issue management and resolution. Responsibilities include investigating data issues, performing data modelling, and mentoring juniors. Financial Services experience is a plus. This role is contract-based for 6 months with 1-2 days onsite per week.

Contract Role: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid (London - likely 1-2 days onsite per week)

Duration: 6 months

IR35 Status: SDS to be determined

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data modelling, mapping, and standardisation to maintain consistency
• Proactively profile data to ensure adherence to standards and retention rules
• Coordinate activities with offshore resources and mentor junior team members
• Hands‑on use of data interrogation and analysis tools

Skills & Experience

• Strong data analysis and interrogation skills
• Experience in issue management and problem resolution
• Proficiency in data modelling, profiling, and mapping
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management abilities
• Financial Services experience preferred (not essential)
