A leading organization in care services is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Sutton Coldfield. We’re looking for an analytical and business‑minded Senior Data Analyst to join our fast‑growing team at Dignity. Sitting within the central Analytics function, you’ll play a critical role in unlocking insight from data to support smarter decision‑making across the organisation.
Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you’ll work cross‑functionally with teams such as Finance, Operations, and Digital to translate complex datasets, stakeholder input, and business needs into actionable insights. Whether it’s supporting digital transformation, improving service delivery, or driving internal efficiencies, you’ll help shape our data‑driven culture and ensure evidence‑based decisions are embedded into how we work.
This is a high‑impact role for someone with strong SQL and data visualisation skills who thrives on solving problems, influencing change, and making a meaningful difference through data.
