Job summary

Avanade is seeking a senior, client-facing leader to guide technical design and solutioning of large-scale analytical solutions. You will mentor data and AI engineers, translate complex concepts for senior stakeholders, and shape deals, high‑level designs, and contractual details in collaboration with subject matter experts.

You will stay current with the latest AI and data technologies and apply relevant innovations to deliver scalable, value-driven outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Senior, client-facing leader with experience at the intersection of technical innovation, business strategy, and delivery excellence.
• Ability to take responsibility for the technical design and solutioning of large-scale analytical solutions.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to data and AI engineers.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-based outcomes for senior stakeholders, technology leaders, and sales teams.
• Shape deals, proposals, high‑level designs, estimates, and contractual details with SMEs.
• Stay current with AI and data tech advancements and apply innovations to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and client stakeholders, shaping deals and roadmaps.
• Create solutions that inspire and win new business in the sales process.
• Shape high‑level designs, estimates, and contracts for client proposals with SMEs.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues across the team and organization.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, value-based outcomes for executives and sales teams.
• Engage early with clients, partners, and sales teams to support origination and solutioning.
• Recommend best practices to achieve optimal outcomes and build client relationships.
• Prepare and present solutions in deal reviews and support negotiations with buyers.
• Collaborate with Data & AI leadership to shape offerings, accelerators, and IP for GTM.
• Drive best practices for AI development including data management, model training, fine‑tuning, and deployment.
• Stay abreast of AI/data advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into solutions.
