Mirai Talent in Manchester is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to own a Data & AI recruitment market across permanent and contract roles. You will win new business, build client relationships and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

This is a true 360 role with a commercial focus, strong headhunting, and the ability to turn conversations into long-term partnerships. Hybrid working with a Manchester City Centre office.

Qualifications

• 360 agency recruitment experience, ideally in Tech/Data/AI.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Confident headhunter who can deliver roles won.
• Commercial, consultative approach engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Win new business and develop relationships with senior Data & AI leaders.
• Own and grow client accounts, identifying opportunities across them.
• Head-hunt and build strong candidate networks.
• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end across perm and contract.
• Provide clients with credible market insight and hiring advice.
• Negotiate terms and offers and confidently close deals.
• Share market intelligence and opportunities across the Mirai team.
