Job summary

Deerfoot Recruitment Solutions Limited, on behalf of a leading global consultancy, seeks a Senior Consultant - Data & AI Architecture to help design scalable data platforms, modernise environments and embed AI across enterprise platforms.

The role involves leading cloud transformations across AWS, Azure and GCP, developing AI-enabled solutions and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value. Hybrid remote with occasional travel to London, Manchester or Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in cloud architecture across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Expertise in cloud-native technologies, including containers, Kubernetes and serverless platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps and CI/CD automation.
• A strong consulting background with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• A solid understanding of data, analytics and AI technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure and cost-effective data, analytics and AI architectures.
• Lead cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions, PoCs and MVPs delivering measurable business value.
• Define enterprise data and AI strategies, governance frameworks and roadmaps.
• Drive automation through DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver transformational outcomes.
• Support business development activities, proposals and thought leadership.

Salary: 100k- 110k + 12k Bonus + Excellent Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant and cloud architect to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge AI and data transformation programmes for major organisations. Working at the forefront of AI innovation, you will help clients design, build and scale intelligent data platforms, modernise legacy environments, and embed AI capabilities across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing scalable, secure and cost-effective data, analytics and AI architectures

• Supporting business development activities, proposals and thought leadership initiatives

To be successful, you will have:

• Strong experience in cloud architecture across AWS, Azure and/or GCP

Experience within sectors such as the UK Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecommunications or Retail would be advantageous, as would relevant cloud certifications. Candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
