Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager to join a London-based insurance business on a hybrid basis. You will lead a specialist team, oversee delegated authority pricing and analytics, and drive data governance and MI reporting across underwriting and product teams.

The role combines pricing leadership with hands-on analytics using SQL, Python and Power BI, and requires senior stakeholder engagement and a track record in personal lines pricing.

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager to join a well-established insurance business in London on a hybrid basis.

This is a senior leadership role within a delegated authority environment, combining pricing, analytics, data governance and team management. You will lead a specialist team, provide insight into underwriting and product performance, and help strengthen the quality and use of data across the business.

Key responsibilities of the Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager include:

• Leading and developing the Pricing and Analytics team.
• Overseeing pricing activity across delegated authority products.
• Reviewing pricing models, commissions and analytical approaches.
• Improving data quality, governance and reporting across underwriting and product teams.
• Leading the development of MI dashboards and wider analytics initiatives.
• Providing clear performance insight to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting product reviews and ongoing monitoring activity.
• Working closely with underwriting, product and other internal teams on pricing and data-led projects.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager will have:

• Strong experience in personal lines pricing within insurance.
• A solid understanding of underwriting and pricing performance.
• Experience of data governance and data quality management.
• Hands-on analytics experience using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI or similar.
• Experience creating or maintaining MI dashboards.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to analyse complex information and turn it into clear, practical insight.
• Experience using Power BI, R or Python would be particularly useful, along with a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
