Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is advertising a part-time CYPS Occupational Therapy leadership post based in Cheltenham. The role includes provision of expert clinical leadership, clinical governance, and delivery of services to children and young people with complex physical healthcare needs.

There is an additional 7.5 hours per week available to support PPS, subject to service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical leadership, ensuring service delivery reflects evidence-based practice and supports continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage a specialist caseload of children and young people with complex physical healthcare needs, delivering assessments, interventions and treatment programmes in partnership with families.
• Champion clinical governance, best practice principles and service improvement initiatives.
• Place the voice and lived experience of children and young people at the centre of decision-making and care planning.
