Coventry Building Society is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Technical Specialist to lead threat detection, analysis and response across our organisation. The role focuses on enhancing monitoring, security controls and incident response within a regulated financial services environment.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setup with on-site requirements at Coventry or Manchester, and be part of the team driving security maturation and governance across the business.

Competenze

• Experience operating within a Security Operations Centre (SOC) in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience in Financial Services sector with regulatory familiarity in UK retail financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence and security monitoring technologies.
• Proven ability to investigate complex security incidents and coordinate incident response.
• Experience of cloud security operations and incident response in cloud environments is desirable.
