Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking Cyber Security Consultants to join our Security Consultancy and Design team in Edinburgh, delivering security by design across a broad range of computing platforms and helping to build the bank of the future.

We are looking for dynamic, security-minded professionals who can apply Agile methods, perform threat modelling, design secure solutions, and clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences while guiding

Qualifications

• Dynamic solution-oriented individual with energy for a rapidly evolving environment.
• Broad knowledge of modern Enterprise technologies including Cloud and AI.
• Exposure to contemporary architectures such as RESTful APIs and containerised microservices.
• Knowledge of threat modelling frameworks like STRIDE and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Significant knowledge of cyber security domains in enterprise environments (endpoint, network, cryptography, IAM).

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile methodologies to support engineers and deliver multiple initiatives.
• Threat model by deconstructing technical solutions, identifying threats and risks.
• Analyse risks and benefits to support safe architectural decisions.
• Design secure solutions with key security controls and security standards.
• Define security testing requirements and assess findings.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, providing security direction.
