RSM UK Group LLP is seeking a cyber assurance professional to join our Manchester-based consulting team. You will deliver cyber assurance and advisory engagements across a mid-market client portfolio, leading workstreams and guiding junior colleagues.

The role involves reporting, client relationship management and contributing to proposals and business development. You will have strong experience in cyber security, risk management and professional certifications, with a collaborative, flexible

Qualifications

• Deliver cyber assurance and advisory services to mid-market clients.
• Lead workstreams or smaller engagements within a professional services environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cyber security risks, controls, frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supervising, reviewing and supporting junior team members.
• Confident in managing day-to-day client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Deliver cyber assurance and advisory engagements to a high standard.
• Lead engagement workstreams from planning through reporting.
• Supervise and review work of junior team members.
• Draft clear reports and practical recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and engagement delivery.
• Support onboarding, risk management and commercial processes.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to proposals and BD activities.
• Identify opportunities for further client support and services.
