A leading multinational technology firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a cybersecurity consultant to drive critical cybersecurity initiatives focused on risk assessment within their supply chain. The role offers a hybrid working environment and an initial 6-month contract with a potential for extension. Candidates should have expertise in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment and related standards. Qualifications

  • Experience in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (CRA) essential.
  • Familiarity with IEC 62443–4–1 and 4–2 standards preferred.
  • Ability to lead supply chain cybersecurity initiatives.

Job description

Are you a cybersecurity professional with expertise in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (CRA)? We have an initial 6–month OUTSIDE IR35 contract supporting a leading multinational Sensor technology client focused on securing their business and supply chain. The client are looking for the consultant to start on the 5th January 2025 hybrid working, both remote and from Crawley. The client are requiring support with both the product and development process implementing 4–1 for CRA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support secure supply chain management initiatives
  • Drive compliance efforts across the wider organization
  • Deliver a comprehensive Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (CRA) involving:
  • Integration of Security Design (SD) elements
  • Development and detailed analysis of threat models
  • Ensuring strict adherence to critical industry standards including:
  • IEC 62443–4–1 (Industrial Automation and Control Systems – Product Development Lifecycle)
  • IEC 62443–4–2 (Industrial Automation and Control Systems – Component Technical Security Requirements

If you have any familarity with 62443–3–3 (Industrial Communication Networks – System Security Requirements) this is beneficial but not essential.
