Job summary

NATS is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to protect critical services by managing cyber risk and translating technical risks into business terms. You will help shape security policies, standards and controls and work with stakeholders to address identified risks.

You will mentor Cyber Security Analysts, drive risk-based improvements, apply ISO27001 and NIST frameworks, and collaborate across teams to strengthen security across the organisation. Flexible hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• CISMP or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification preferred.
• Experience delivering risk-based cyber security initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex risks into business terms.
• Experience applying ISO27001 and NIST standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cyber risk management frameworks and processes.
• Collaborate with risk owners to create proportionate remediation plans.
• Challenge risk assessments and verify control effectiveness.
• Communicate risk implications clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide Cyber Security Analysts and team members.
