TXP in London is seeking a Principal Cyber Risk Management & Assurance Advisor to support a major Government Client, leading cyber risk assessments across digital services and cloud transformations. You will provide security assurance, influence senior stakeholders, and steer risk treatment plans in complex environments, applying Secure by Design principles and regulatory frameworks.

This 6-month hybrid contract requires active SC clearance, with 3 days onsite preference in London, Bristol or

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering cyber security risk assessments and assurance.
• Knowledge of risk modelling and security architecture.
• Cloud security experience with AWS/SaaS environments.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and Secure by Design.

Aufgaben

• Lead cyber and information security risk assessments across major digital services.
• Produce formal risk assessments and treatment plans aligning with business risk appetite.
• Provide assurance across cloud and SaaS environments against standards.
• Promote Secure by Design practices across digital delivery.
• Advise on security architecture and support decision-making.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, presenting risks and mitigations.
• Support governance, assurance reviews and risk management activities.
• Mentor digital teams to strengthen cyber risk capability.
