Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Cyber Assurance + Compliance Manager in Glasgow. The role focuses on shaping the cyber risk management framework, ensuring effective risk controls, and reporting to senior leadership.

You’ll lead a team, coordinate assurance activities, and interact with regulators and industry bodies to strengthen cyber resilience across IT and OT. The position offers a hybrid working pattern (2–3 days in office), a competitive remuneration package

Qualifications

Experience in cyber risk management, governance and assurance.
Knowledge of regulatory landscape including NIS Regulations, NCSC CAF, and energy sector requirements.
Ability to translate complex cyber risks into clear business language and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Shape and maintain the cyber risk management framework and provide challenge to risk and control activities across IT and OT.
Lead and develop a team of cyber risk and assurance specialists and oversee risk assessments, control reviews, and assurance programmes.
Monitor the organisation's cyber risk posture and ensure cyber controls remain effective, while engaging with senior stakeholders, auditors and regulators.
