Foodsteps is a food sustainability scale‑up that's on a mission to empower the food industry to accelerate its journey to net zero. Food systems account for around a third of global greenhouse gas emissions and are the leading driver of biodiversity loss. This makes the food industry one of our most powerful levers for positive environmental change and a more sustainable future. With Foodsteps' technology and in‑house experts, food businesses can accurately measure and reduce their environmental impact. Now backed by the global resources of Registrar Corp, we are uniquely positioned to lead the food industry's transition to a net‑zero future.
Foodsteps is hiring a commercially‑minded Customer Success Manager to act as the main contact across our key client accounts. We're looking for perceptive candidates who will be responsible for building strategic account plans, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying growth opportunities. Central to success in this role is communication; with clients and with the team at Foodsteps, to ensure quality and trusting relationships. We're looking for motivated candidates with great people skills, commercial aptitude and attention to detail.
Over time, Customer Success Managers will also develop an expert understanding of the Foodsteps products, roadmap, methodology and capabilities, and be able to coordinate customer success in a fast changing product environment. They should be able to make this knowledge easily accessible and actionable to all other members of the customer success team.
