About the Role of Senior Customer Service Manager:

As the Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of products, maintaining service standards, and managing operational teams. You will drive operational performance, build relationships with clients, and deliver solutions that meet current and future needs.
