A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team in Greater London. The role involves handling enquiries, processing orders, and providing a top-notch customer experience. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. This is a temp-to-perm position with the option for remote work after training. Competitive salary and additional benefits are offered in this role.

Benefits

Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 per annum
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service or administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Calm and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for all customer enquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Process orders and update customers.
