Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Senior Customer Advisor on a Full‑Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully-office-based role Mon‑Fri 8‑5 involving leading a team.

Main duties :

• To lead team taking inbound calls to arrange bookings.
• To make occasional outbound calls as required.
• To upsell where possible.
• To assist with exceptional customer service.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired) :
