Qualifications

• Must be registered with the HCPC.
• Experience training and mentoring students/apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Administer I.V injections of contrast media to patients.
• Work flexibly to provide services including nights and weekends.
• Ensure high quality diagnostic images and safety use of equipment.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of a range of standard and complex CT scans

Ability to train and mentor students/apprentices

Good written communication skills

Education

Qualified CT trained Radiographer

Certificate to administer IV injections from accredited course
