Job summary

Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich is seeking a Senior Radiographer to join the Imaging team on a bank (as and when required) basis. You will conduct radiographic procedures, quality imaging, and dose optimisation within IRMER guidelines.

The role requires HCPC registration and a degree/diploma in radiography, with experience in I.V. contrast injections and RIS/PACS systems. GE platform knowledge is preferred, and you will support safe, high-quality patient care in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in acute healthcare settings.
• HCPC registration and a degree/diploma in diagnostic radiography.
• Ability to undertake I.V. contrast injections.
• Familiarity with RIS/PACS IT systems.
• Knowledge of IRMER and Radiation Safety Policies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the efficient and safe operation of the Imaging Department.
• Carry out general and specialised radiographic procedures within your competence.
• Use techniques that minimise radiation dose while producing high quality images.
• Observe radiation protection policies and Local Rules.
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
• Support supervision, training and peer review.
