Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior CSA Project Manager for a rapidly growing contractor operating in data centre, pharma, manufacturing and mission-critical construction sectors. You will report to the project director and join the leadership team overseeing CSA works from design to handover.

You will manage procurement, budgets and schedules, lead technical teams, and maintain client relationships while ensuring quality and compliance across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Strong CSA (civil, structural & architectural) construction background.
• Experience delivering complex data centre, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical or mission critical projects.
• Background in leading high-value construction projects within structured, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with full project lifecycle, from design coordination to commissioning and handover.
• Commutable to Bath or willing to stay away (will be expensed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of CSA works including design coordination, technical tender assessments and subcontractor management.
• Manage procurement, programme and budget control, quality assurance and client engagement.
• Lead technical teams and coordinate daily activities across contractors and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with project delivery standards across mission-critical projects.
