Job summary

Employment Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Senior CS&A Engineer to support a major nuclear infrastructure refurbishment on a Sellafield site. You will provide civil and structural engineering designs, calculations and documentation while guiding multidisciplinary teams through design, construction and commissioning.

The role involves site visits (approx. every two weeks to Warrington or Cumbria) and working in a highly regulated environment with a competitive package including up to 75k

Qualifications

• Senior CS&A Engineer with nuclear sector background.
• Experience producing civil/structural designs, calculations and technical documentation.
• Able to coordinate across multidisciplinary design, construction and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce and support civil and structural engineering designs for nuclear infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, reports and technical documentation.
• Support multidisciplinary project teams throughout design, construction and commissioning phases.
• Provide technical support during construction, resolving engineering queries and design issues.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with nuclear regulations, quality standards and project requirements.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior CS&A Engineer to join a major nuclear infrastructure programme supporting the refurbishment of a critical facility on the Sellafield site. Working within a highly regulated environment, you'll provide technical support across civil and structural engineering activities, helping to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

This role can be done with 1 visit to either Warrington or Cumbria every 2 weeks.

This position would suit a Civil or Structural Engineer with experience in the nuclear industry who enjoys technically challenging engineering projects. It will appeal to someone who is confident producing engineering designs, calculations and technical documentation while supporting multidisciplinary teams through design, construction and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and support civil and structural engineering designs for nuclear infrastructure projects
