The Senior CRO Manager at Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) is responsible for leading the company's conversion rate optimisation strategy. This role plays a critical part in enhancing user experience and maximising digital performance through data‑driven experimentation. The Senior CRO Manager also oversees a team comprising a CRO Manager, two CRO Executives, and two Personalisation Managers, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence across all CRO initiatives.
This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
The interview process for this role will include two stages with a task.
