The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs and support the delivery of Salesforce solutions. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Background in Higher Education or Public Sector preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce or related modules.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and associated business processes.
• Experience on cloud-based transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across CRM and cloud transformation workstreams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Analyse processes and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities.
