Job description
Who We Are

BitHide is a fully confidential cryptocurrency wallet designed for businesses. We help companies operate with crypto securely, efficiently, and privately. Our team is building a product that combines cutting‑edge technology, high security standards, and seamless user experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager who can build and scale our CRM ecosystem from the ground up. Your mission will be to design an effective CRM architecture, integrate it with key internal systems, and automate processes that support business growth.

You will become the key expert responsible for implementing HubSpot and other CRM solutions, acting as the main bridge between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure the CRM operates smoothly, systematically, and transparently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build CRM architecture from scratch using HubSpot (pipelines, funnels, custom fields, objects).
  • Lead the full CRM implementation cycle: requirement gathering, configuration, rollout, documentation.
  • Integrate HubSpot with internal systems (1C, billing, payment services, internal platforms).
  • Configure automation workflows: triggers, notifications, segmentation, routing, lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain data quality standards, ensure structured data input, and oversee CRM governance.
  • Develop and maintain analytics and dashboards: funnel performance, KPIs, forecasts, insights.
  • Integrate CRM with Telegram (bots, lead capture, notifications) — strong advantage.
  • Work with APIs and integration tools (Zapier / Make / custom microservices).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Tech teams to align CRM processes.
  • Conduct audits, optimize existing structures, and expand CRM functionality as the business grows.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • CRM system configured and operating according to business requirements.
  • All core integrations (HubSpot ↔ 1C, payment providers, Telegram, etc.) functioning correctly and reliably.
  • Funnels and automations run without critical failures or inconsistencies.
  • CRM data remains clean, structured, and ready for analysis.
  • Dashboards and reports provide accurate, actionable insights for business decisions.
What We Expect
  • 4–5+ years of experience in CRM roles at Middle+/Senior level.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot implementation, customization, integrations, and automation.
  • Experience in iGaming / PSP / Crypto industries — a major plus.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating with 1C.
  • Solid understanding of API fundamentals and integration logic.
  • Strong analytical and process‑oriented mindset; high attention to detail.
  • Experience building complex CRM flows and solving non‑standard technical challenges.
  • English — Upper‑Intermediate+.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on interview results.
  • Fully remote work from anywhere you prefer.
  • 8‑hour workday with flexible start and finish times based on your personal productivity rhythm.
  • A supportive environment with a strong team of professionals always ready to help.
  • 50% compensation for education, courses, and professional development.
  • Sports compensation and additional benefits.
  • Paid vacation and sick leave.
