In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking Senior CRM Lifecycle Executive (6 Month FTC), to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises marketing department.

Role Overview

This pivotal role will involve:

  • Leading the overall delivery, design, and data requirements of our guest journeys/triggers communications.
  • Briefing and developing lifecycle Email and Direct Mail programmes, collaborating with CRM and data agencies.
  • Evaluating guest journeys performance against defined KPIs, implementing measures to optimize and enhance performance.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and working with CRM agency on new initiatives and creative concepts.

This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 6 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
