Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect. The role emphasizes governance strategies, best practices, and customized Power Apps solutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist customers with architectural design and troubleshoot existing applications using Power Apps Studio and Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Establish governance frameworks tailored to organizational needs.
  • Review and optimize performance and stability for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and understand how customers configure functionality and customize Dynamics to meet business processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience Level: Intermediate to expert in Power Platform governance, administration, and Power Apps development. Background in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales functionality, customization, and administration.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center and Centre of Excellence Starter Kit configuration. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development. Omnichannel knowledge a plus.
  • Power Platform Technologies: Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components.
  • Enterprise Focus: Experience in deployment, administration and support within large-scale environments.
  • Training & Troubleshooting: Able to deliver technical training and resolve complex application issues.
Required Skill Set

Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online

  • Feature knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules Customer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, and Field Service.
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Customization, Administration and Governance experience.
  • Administer and support Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
  • Deep understanding of Dataverse, governance strategies, environment planning, and security.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions with canvas and model-driven apps.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services.
  • ALM via Solutions; troubleshooting and optimization of Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
  • Integrating data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and other sources.
  • Provide technical training and guide customers through architectural decisions for custom Power Apps solutions.
  • Awareness of Centre of Excellence concepts with monitoring and adherence.
