Our Crew Optimisation team plays a key role in helping easyJet deliver safe, legal, robust and cost‑effective flying programmes across our network. Working closely with Planning, Rostering, Operations, Technology teams and external suppliers, the team develops high-quality crew pairing and roster optimisation solutions that balance operational performance, commercial outcomes, compliance and crew lifestyle.
As Senior Crew Optimisation Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-quality crew pairing and roster optimisation solutions. You will make sure outputs are cost‑efficient, operationally robust and fully compliant with regulatory, contractual and company requirements.
This is a technical specialist role within the Crew Optimisation team. You will lead complex analysis, support optimisation strategy and act as a key link between operational delivery and system development. You will also support the wider team by providing guidance to Crew Optimisation Officers and deputising for the Crew Optimisation Manager when required.
We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical capability and a proactive approach to solving complex operational problems. You will be comfortable working with detail, confident influencing stakeholders and motivated by finding better ways to deliver safe, efficient and resilient solutions.
This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
