Qualifications

• Proven treasury experience with counterparty credit risk and liquidity risk.
• Strong cashflow forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Experience placing deposits or treasury dealing activity.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills with model/sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex treasury concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop risk frameworks for counterparty credit risk and liquidity risk across a large client cash portfolio.
• Design and run stress tests, sensitivity analyses and what-if scenarios.
• Lead cashflow forecasting and proactively identify potential liquidity pressures.
• Monitor exposures against risk appetite and regulatory limits.
• Act as Treasury Dealer when required, including deposits with approved counterparties.
• Ensure dealing activity operates within relevant CASS and MIFIDPRU requirements.
• Produce treasury analysis, risk assessments, forecasts and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Present complex treasury matters confidently to Executive Directors and non-specialist audiences.
• Lead interest income forecasting, including model development and variance analysis.
• Work with finance and FP&A to integrate treasury forecasts into wider business planning.
• Support regulatory reporting, documentation and controls.
• Provide treasury input into strategic and growth projects across the business.
