Confidential in London is seeking a hands-on Credit Control professional to own aged debt across a busy UK portfolio. You will chase debts by phone and email, work with senior stakeholders to agree collection strategies, and maintain accurate debtor records.

The role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working: 2 days per week in the London office and 3 days working from home, providing exposure to an international professional services environment and opportunities to develop your

Competenze

• Previous Credit Control or collections experience.
• Strong knowledge of the collections process.
• Confidence dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Elite 3 E knowledge would be beneficial
• Legal or professional services experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

Mansioni

• Proactively chase aged debt via phone and email.
• Work with senior stakeholders to agree collection strategies.
• Manage challenging and complex outstanding debts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Allocate payments and maintain accurate debtor records.
• Support reporting, month end, and wider Revenue activity.
