Qualifications

• Educated to AAT or equivalent; qualified by experience considered.
• Previous sales ledger and credit control knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and team targeted cash collections.
• Monitor KPI’s / SLA’s and provide support to meet performance requirements.
• Review overdue aged debt balances and correspond regularly.
• Liaise with homes and Regional Directors for prompt issue resolution.
• Perform customer reconciliations across all ledgers.
