A leading fitness brand is seeking a Senior Producer to lead creative campaigns, manage large-scale projects, and ensure efficient production delivery. The role requires over 6 years of proven experience, strong financial management, and excellent leadership skills. You will coordinate projects across various channels and maintain a high standard of quality under pressure. This position is hybrid, requiring at least 4 days a week in Solihull, UK.
We’re seeking a Senior Producer to drive the execution of exceptional creative campaigns. As a true expert in production, you’ll elevate the quality of our content, cultivate trusted industry partnerships, and ensure flawless delivery across both brand and product initiatives on a 12m FTC.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Own and lead multiple projects across stills, video, social, digital, and in-store channels—managing the entire production lifecycle from initial brief to final asset delivery.
Produce and oversee global shoots both in-studio and on location, confidently managing large crews, external partners, and agencies.
Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are consistently met—leveraging project management platforms and AI tools to stay organized and efficient.
Monitor project health through regular status updates, proactively escalating risks, and making decisive adjustments to keep production on track.
Oversee project budgets, including scoping, tracking, reporting, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and impact.
Build and maintain a strong network of vendors, freelancers, and creative partners to ensure world-class creative and technical execution.
Actively network with external talent and agencies, sharing insights and opportunities with the wider Creative Studio.
Mentor and support Junior and Mid-Weight Producers, fostering professional growth and nurturing future production leaders.
Partner with the Executive Producer on team resourcing, capacity planning, and workflow optimization to strengthen operational excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure Production operates as a strategic partner and enabler of creative vision.
Champion best practices and continuously refine production workflows—integrating new tools and processes to drive efficiency and elevate output.
Oversee asset usage updates across DAM platforms in partnership with the Creative Library Executive.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and legal requirements across all production activities, working with external advisors as needed.
Lead with calm, solutions-oriented leadership under pressure—setting the standard for excellence and inspiring confidence across the team.
Location: Hybrid role requiring at least 4 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
