Job summary

MyEdSpace Limited is seeking an experienced Creative Lead for a 12-month maternity cover to provide senior creative leadership across video and design output. You will set and protect quality standards for performance marketing content and help evolve the brand system.

You will mentor designers and editors, take visual direction of brand toolkits, and collaborate with Copy Lead on scripts for campaigns. This role requires hands-on leadership and a track record of scalable content creation.

Qualifications

Senior creative leader with proven feedback experience to a team of designers and editors.
Experience integrating into an existing brand system and toolkit.
Scriptwriting or close collaboration for short-form video campaigns.

Responsibilities

Provide creative and quality feedback to the design and edit team on work in progress.
Take on design and visual direction of brand toolkits in partnership with the Brand Content Lead.
Develop new creative concepts and content options beyond recycling existing content into the new brand system.
Partner with the Copy Lead on script writing for performance marketing content.
Set the quality standard reflected in briefs, in partnership with the Studio Manager.
