We’re looking for a conceptually driven, highly visual creative who will work alongside other creative disciplines to build and deliver campaign ideas that celebrate our brand and products. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing leads, brand teams, and creatives to deliver bold, emotionally resonant campaigns that embody Lush’s values and inspire our global audience.
You’ll be hands‑on with design and visual storytelling, championing collaboration and elevating the work of others knowing when to take the creative wheel, and when to empower others to steer.
You’ll translate strategy into beautiful, effective campaign concepts, guiding teams through ideation, feedback, and execution making sure every touchpoint looks, feels, and sounds unmistakably Lush.
This is an in‑office role (at least 3 days per week) — as it sits at the heart of campaign creation, collaboration, and creative energy.
