Grenade is seeking a talented designer to join its in-house creative team. You will craft visuals across print, digital, packaging, photography and video, ensuring brand standards and high craft in every asset.

The successful candidate brings a strong design eye, typography mastery and a passion for marketing creative. Collaboration with global marketing and external partners is essential for delivering impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional design environment (in-house or agency).
• An experienced eye for design, layout, typography, and messaging.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Further experience in concepting and / or 3D software.
• Video Direction: Scripting, Storyboarding (desirable).
• Copywriting
• Passion for design, marketing and all things creative.
• Affinity for creative thinking and collaboration on full-scale projects.
• Hands-on approach with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Lead with creative thinking, styling, assets and concepts that align with the Creative strategy.
• Provide creative support across print, digital, packaging, copywriting, photography and video media.
• Create assets and visuals to a high standard with strong attention to detail and craft.
• Present creative concepts to the wider team and externally.
• Work on global briefs in line with brand plans and in-market direction.
• Be a creative voice within the team and interdepartmentally; ensure projects align to the creative vision.
• Own your workflow and schedule; deliver tasks to deadlines with marketing collaboration.
• Work with external agencies and suppliers to secure impactful outcomes.
