Job summary

Bimplus in London is seeking a Mid-Senior Creative Designer / Conceptual Designer to develop innovative retail, experiential and branded environments. You will create big ideas and translate them into practical, buildable concepts for production.

You will generate ideas via sketches and moodboards, refine concepts into detailed client presentations, and produce high-quality 3D visuals to communicate intent. Collaboration with teams is essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual portfolio with experience in retail displays, experiential environments, and branded spaces.
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling, buildable concepts and presentations.
• Familiarity with materials, manufacture, installation considerations, and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are working with an established creative design and production business specialising in retail displays, brand experiences, experiential environments and visual installations. They work with leading brands to create engaging physical spaces, activations and customer experiences, taking projects from initial concept through to design development and production.

They are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Creative Designer / Conceptual Designer to join their creative team and help develop innovative concepts across retail, experiential and branded environments.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a designer with a strong conceptual and creative portfolio and experience within one or more of the following:

• Brand activations
• Interiors
• Events / environments
• Pop-ups and installations

You should be confident taking a brief and developing it into a strong creative concept, while understanding the practical considerations involved in bringing that idea to life.

• Strong 3D modelling and rendering capability.
• Experience creating client-facing presentations.
• Good understanding of materials and manufacturing.
• Ability to develop ideas from initial concept through to design development.
• Experience with relevant 3D software such as Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, SolidWorks or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
