Marketing Studio is Kings in‑house creative production agency. We power Kings marketing organization with outstanding creative work flexibly and efficiently, leveraging superior knowledge of our players, brands, and channels.

Your Role Within our Kingdom

As a Senior Creative you’ll lead the development of ads for all performance marketing channels. You’ll partner closely with media buyers, analysts, and producers to create, test, and iterate creative ideas that drive installs, taking the lead from concept to final cut while balancing creative flair with measurable results.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own concept direction and execution of short‑form video ads and playables
  • Create testable variations, iterate based on performance data, and scale winning ideas
  • Collaborate with UA teams to understand creative goals and propose new angles
  • Keep pace with platform trends, hooks, and formats—especially in mobile gaming
  • Guide and mentor junior creatives, raising the bar through feedback, support, and creative leadership
  • Maintain a high standard of craft across every asset
  • Contribute to a fast‑paced creative testing culture by sharing learnings and ideas
Present Ideas and Outcomes with Clarity and Confidence

Present creative concepts and results clearly and confidently to stakeholders.

Skills To Create Thrills

5 years in video‑focused creative roles (studio agency or in‑house).

Portfolio that demonstrates performance‑driven thinking and strong motion craftsmanship.

Expert‑level Skills in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing for UA paid social or direct‑response campaigns
  • Comfortable using performance data to drive creative decisions

Organized and comfortable managing multiple creative tracks.

Confident communicator and team collaborator.

Experience capturing gameplay UGC‑style content and working with AI tools.
