Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Experience monitoring Oncology studies is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; capable with laptops and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out) per contracted scope and GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Support subject recruitment planning to enhance project predictability.
• Administer protocol training to sites and maintain regular communication.
• Evaluate site practices for protocol conduct and regulatory compliance; escalate issues.
• Track regulatory submissions, enrollment, CRF completion, data queries; assist startup if needed.
• Maintain TMF/ISF documentation and file site documents appropriately.
• Collaborate with study team for project execution support.
• Assist in site-level recruitment plans and budget management if applicable.
