  • Ideally MRICS (or working towards).

We're working with a leading name in the London property market who are looking to bring on board a Senior Cost Planner to join their high-performing commercial team in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong cost planning experience on large mixed-use residential schemes, looking to work on some of the city’s most exciting developments.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading cost planning and feasibility work on complex, high-value residential and mixed-use projects.
  • Providing commercial insight and cost advice from early design through to delivery.
