Qualifications

  • MRICS Qualified with significant post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
  • Manage tender processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee contract compliance, variations, and claims management.
  • Produce accurate monthly cost reports and forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Mentor junior quantity surveyors and support their development.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and company policies.
