We are seeking Senior Cost Managers to join our London-based Central and Local Government Cost Management Team supporting projects across central government. Candidates must have DV Security Clearance or be willing to obtain it. The role includes working on a Ministry of Defence project with a requirement to be working client-side from a Central London location for three days per week.
Our team handles a diverse range of projects for notable public sector organisations, including refurbishment of listed buildings, office fit-out projects, and critical infrastructure. This offer is contingent upon successful completion of a security clearance process and is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining the required security clearance for the duration of employment (BPSS and Developed Vetting). The clearance process will involve background checks, interviews, and other assessments as deemed necessary by the relevant authorities. Failure to obtain the required clearance or issues arising during the process may result in withdrawal of the offer or termination of employment.
