Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Cost Manager for the property sector to lead cost and commercial management on medium to large projects, ensuring budgets, schedules and quality targets are met.

You will mentor teams, manage resources, and collaborate with clients and consultants, applying CostX expertise and industry best practices to drive cost efficiency, mitigate risks and support sustainable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven cost management experience, ideally in residential projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Able to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Skilled in CostX or similar software.
• Degree-qualified with relevant professional/chartered status.
• CSCS card holder.
• Demonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
• Familiarity with current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Role description

As a Senior Cost Manager in the property sector, you’ll deliver cost and commercial management for medium to large projects, collaborating with clients, consultants, and teams to ensure projects meet budget, time, and quality goals.
