Qualifications

• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience building relationships with external stakeholders.
• Experience managing relationships at middle-management level.
• Capable of taking a project from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to share knowledge, increase skill level and improve service delivery.
• Work within financial systems to produce reports, forecasts and track budgets.
• Deliver small to medium cost projects or significant components within deadlines.
• Provide advice on risk management, compliance and related behaviours.
• Present project risks or issues to senior managers.
• Analyze data to identify themes and inform cost and commercial decisions.
• Use industry best practice to improve processes and policies.
• Share knowledge to drive service improvement and innovation.
