Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for Commercial and Cost Management Professionals to join our UK Infrastructure business in Bristol. This role involves working on exciting projects within the Water and Resilience sectors, requiring strong contract management and cost management skills.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication abilities and ideally hold a degree or equivalent qualification. The position offers flexible working, with some time spent in client offices to foster collaboration and project success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in contract management, preferably NEC3.
• Strong skills in cost management and risk management.
• Ability to drive efficiencies through the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on projects in the Water and Resilience sectors.

Due to our continued success in the Water and Resilience sectors we are looking to increase our team of Commercial, Senior and Cost Management Professionals to work with clients across the Southwest and Wessex Regions along with opportunities in the North West. The Water and resilience sectors are one of the most exciting markets at the moment with unprecedented levels of investment and we are looking for candidates who can make the difference in this arena, bringing together a solid mix of commercial acumen, NEC contract and Civil engineering experience to deliver a better infrastructure backbone serving the UK.

You will be within our UK Infrastructure business working with a variety of clients on projects and initiatives; your ability and willingness to travel is important. We operate a flexible working policy, however a number of days in the client office and our own should be expected. We operate in this way to enhance your experience of the Turner & Townsend culture and collaborate with our clients.
