Conrad Consulting is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its established cost management team in Reading. You will manage costs across education, residential, hospitality and industrial sectors and take ownership of projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Proven experience within a construction consultancy.
• Strong pre- and post-contract cost management experience.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts and procurement routes.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with clients and managing projects independently.
• MRICS would be advantageous but not essential.

• Prepare tender documentation, analyse bids and support contractor selection.

You'll work across a varied portfolio of projects valued between £1m and £50m, spanning education, residential, hospitality and industrial developments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects, strengthen client relationships and continue developing their career.

The Role
