Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor-level technical or business degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cost management, budgeting and reporting on projects.
• Proficient knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning.
• Understanding of WBS and CBS structures and project reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, issue and maintain Project WBS and CBS for specific scopes.
• Prepare and report on project cost budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure costs are allocated in accordance with the project WBS.
• Monitor cost commitments and expenditures through all project phases.
• Liaise with procurement, finance and construction teams to capture costs.
• Prepare cost reports and change orders in line with project needs.
• Support project cost close-out and change management processes.
• Attend project meetings and provide cost status updates.
